OFFER PRIZES FOR BEST DECLAMATIONS Prizes and awards are to I30 offered this year for the best declamation, the best ' original story told on the feet, and the best extemporaneous talk, at The Latter-day Saints' university. A first prize of $lfi and a second prize of $10 will be given in each of these activities. The money for this has been contributed by a business firm in the city, the Dayties-Beebe Music company. fn addition to this the Keber J. Grant awards, of the value, of $100 each, are to be made to the best reader and to the student making the best cxtcmpo-t cxtcmpo-t rtincouB discourse on a religious theme.
