Show NOTICE OF SALE. Notice Is hereby given that the county commissioners will sell at public auction, at 10 o'clock a. m., at the west front door of the county courthouse, on Monday, January 6, 1919, to the highest bidder, the following described property: Beginning at a point 1320 feet east of the northwest corner of section 24, township town-ship 2 south, range 1 east, of the Salt Lake base and meridian, and running thence south 1320 feet; thence east 13-0 feet; thence north 1320 feet; thence weat 1320 feet to the place of beginning, and being all of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 24, township town-ship 2 south, range 1 east of the Salt Lake base and meridian, and being the same property heretofore located and claimed as the Legal Light placer mining claim, and being the same property known aa the Last Chance placer mining claim, located by Messrs. C. E. Oole. Henry Cole and Joseph 1 Butler, Including al! tramways' and bins erected thereon and connected tnerewlth by Salt Lake county, which said property Is situated at the mouth of Hughes canyon and known as the Cole silica bed, and lurther known as the Last Chance placer mining claim.
