Saunders, In said district, greeting: For certain causes offered before the district court of the United States of A merha. within and for the district of Utah, as a court in bankruptcy, we command com-mand and strictly enjoin you, laying all other matters aside and notwithstanding am excuse, that you personally appear before our said district court to be holden at Salt Lake City, in sakl district, on the 29th day of March. A. D. 1917. to answer to a petition filed by Reliable Shoe company of Pennsylvania, Spiro Brothers & Co. of New York City, New York. Helper Times of Helper. Utah, and Jouflas & Duimenti, a partnership of Helper, Utah, in our said court, praying that you may be adjudged a bankrupt; and to do further and receive that which our said district court shall consider in this lie half.
