Show LOCAL NOTES Mrs. Lottie White of Newcastle, Newcas-tle, Colo., arrived Tuesday to visit vi-sit indefinitely at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Colyar of Copper-ton. Copper-ton. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Shelley and daughters, Gail and Norma, spent Sunday at Heber visiting Mr. and Mrs. Otis Sweat. Mr. and Mrs. Art Sorenson and Mrs. Marie Wix were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Wilcox Wil-cox of Ogden Sunday. Mrs. Joseph Webb and daughters, Karen and Gail, of Midvale, were guests Tuesday of Mr. and Mrs. Myron Fullmer. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Robison jind sons, Russell and K., attended funeral services Sunday afternoon at Pleasant Grove for Mrs. Mary Anderson, 85, Mrs. Robison's grandmother. Mr. and Mrs. John Robertson left yesterday (Thursday) morn-ung morn-ung to visit in Los Angeles with their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Mavor Robertson and daughter. daugh-ter. Mr. Robertson expects to return re-turn home in about two weeks, while Mrs. Robertson remains on the coast somewhat longer. Mrs. John West returned home I I ucsday evening after spending a week with her mother, Mrs. Anna L. Morrison of Salt Lake City, who has been ill. Mr. and Mrs. Runar Martinson were home Monday after a 17-day vacation trip which took them to South Bend, Indiana, for a new car, to Kansas City for a week's stay with Mrs. Martinson's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Clell Kimsey, and home via New Mexico, the Petrified forest in Arizona and Grand Canyon. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hanson of San Francisco, former Bingham residents, arrived May 15 to visit Mr. and Mrs. William Mclvor of the U. S. Hotel and other friends. They will be here until the end of the week. Mr .and Mrs. Joel Jensen of Coppcrton left this morning for a three-week vacation trip which will take them to Boston, Canada Cana-da and New York City, where they will meet Mr. and Mrs. P.D. Jensen of Ephraim, Mr. Jensen's parents, who left last Saturday to visit a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. D. R. Jensen of New York City. Mr. and Mrs. Joel Jensen are driving and Mr. and Mrs. P. D. Jensen will return re-turn home with them. Milton Bernet of - Denver, vice president of the Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph company, com-pany, was a business visitor in Binehnm Monday. |
