bock canyon irrigation company said bond and interest notes all being payable in united states gold chinor its equivalent and with current rate of exchange on new york cita and WHEREAS it is among other things said bond that it any interest remains unpaid thirty days after due the principal shall bacomo due and collectable at once without notice at the option of the holder and in said deed of trust it is provided amone other things in substance and to the effect that in case default be made iu the payment of either of the said benl indebtedness or moneys aa aforesaid secured by said trust deed or of the taxes or assessments therein mentioned or in case of the breach of any emhe covenants therein contained to be kept and performed by tho makers of said trust deed then the said trustee or bis successors in trust shall sell and dispose of said premises and every part thereof and all of the tile benefit and equity of redemption of the eaid makers of said trust deed their heirs and
