Irvin Stillman, local mail carrier car-rier who has been a patient at the Bingham hospital for the past nine days recuperating from an appendectomy, is expected to be taken home Sunday. Mrs. Melvin Kidder of Park City was entered in the Bingham Canyon hospital Sunday for medical med-ical treatment. Her condition is reported as improving. Dee Johnson, 25, of Salt Lake City, and Russell Burke, 18, of Copperfield, who were arrested April 20 on a complaint signed by John Laventis on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting, appeared before Justice of Peace Alfred Henkel Monday. They pleaded guilty and were fined $25.00 each and sentenced 20 days in the county jail. According to Mr. Henkel, stay of execution has been granted until May 10.
