Show EX-GOVERNOR CAREY IS FOR PROHIBITION Says Mail Order Liquor Business of Cheyenne Dealers Is a Disgrace. By International News Service. CHEYENNE. Wyo., Jan. 4. Declaring that the mail-order liquor business which Cheyenne is conducting with residents of Colorado "is a disgrace to Cheyenne and an insult to Colorado," former Governor Joseph M. Carey, in an address here, declared de-clared in favor of state-wide and nationwide nation-wide prohibition, and expressed the hope that the incoming legislature will "respect "re-spect Colorado sufficiently immediately to enact statutory prohibition and then suh-mtt suh-mtt a state-wide prohibition constitutional constitution-al amendment." "I at one time believed.' he said, "that the liquor business could be tolerated it" there could be a strict enforcement of the liquor regulations. However.
