Show GETTING EVIDENCE UNDER MANN ACT Special to The Tribune. OGDEX, Jan. 10. H. L. Hartvigsen, assistant chief of police at Pocatello, Idaho, was in Ogden today obtaining additional ad-ditional information concerning the arrest of George Antonapoulos, alias George Anton, An-ton, a Greek, who was bound over to the United States district court in Salt Lake yesterday for trial on a charge of having violated the Mann white slave act. Mrs, Gwendolyn Carlyle, taken into custody with Antonapoulos, will be required to appear in the federal court as a witness against the Greek. According to Officer Hartvigsen. the man and woman left Pocatello. Idaho, about December 23. Mrs. Carlyle furnishing furnish-ing the money with which to purchase two railroad tickets to Brigham City. After giving her money to the Greek. Mrs. Carlyle appealed to Sheriff John W. Zundel of Boxelder county for a charitv ticket to Salt Lake City, alleging that she had been robbed by a woman companion. com-panion. Discover! nar the misrepresentation. misrepresenta-tion.
