Nabors was taken out in the second inning- of the first game on account of wildness, and Williams waa also wild and was hit hard. The home team knocked Bagby off the rubber in the eighth inning and he was succeeded by Beebe, who not onlv finished this game, but also pitched fine ball in the second contest.
