Jack registered re-gistered at the same Denver hotel ho-tel as his father, but had checked out shortly before Deputy Householder House-holder and party arrived. Mr. and Mrs. S. P. Davies returned re-turned Thursday from a five-day five-day vacation at Boulder Dam. Robert E. Murphy, an employee of the local post office since August Aug-ust 16, 1939, has resigned and will leave in the near future for Biloxi, Miss. Ivy Hull, a temporary temp-orary substitute clerk at the post office since 1935, has been ap- pointed regular substitute in Mr. Murphy's place. The resignation and appointment were effective May 1. Anthony F. Niccoli, juvenile officer of Salt Lake county, was in Bingham Tuesday investigating investigat-ing charges made against two local youths who are alleged to have broken into several houses.
