IN THE DISTRICT COURT. PROBATE division. In and for Salt Lake county, state of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Rachel W. Hamlin, deceased. Notice. The petition of C. L. Berry, administrator administra-tor of the estate of Rachel W. Hamlin, deceased, de-ceased, for confirmation of the sale of the following described real estate of said decedent, to wit: Commencing at a point three (3) rods north of the southeast corner cor-ner of lot seven (7), block twenty-eight (28), plat "B," Salt Lake City survey, and running thence west seven (7) rods, thence north thirty-eight (3S) feet, thence east seven (7) rods, thence south thirty-eight thirty-eight (3S) feet to the place of beginning, for the sum of $550. And upon the following fol-lowing terms to wit: Cash upon confirmation confirma-tion by this court, as appears from the return of sale, filed in this court, has been set for hearing on Friday, the 5th day of February, A. D. 1915. at 2 o'clock p. m. at the county courthouse, in the courtroom of said court, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
