OCR Text	Show Hinckley in Charge. j Special to The Tribune. ; OGDEN. Feb. 3. In company with Dr. ! FJ. G- Gowans, former superintendent at the Utah Industrial school, Professor E. S. Hinckley of Provo arrived In the city today and took formal charge of the state institution as superintendent. The new official was accompanied to Ogden by his family. Dr. Gowans, who is now located in Rait Lake as state superintendent of public Instruction, spent the entire afternoon after-noon and evening at the school acquaint- '. ing Professor Hinckley with his new, duties.
