Girls are barred fro'ni competing in tournaments conducted under the auspices of the Vt omen s Western Golf association unless they have attained the age of 1 years It was ruled at the annual meeting of the association here today. Heretofore the minimum age has been 'U years. Miss Laurie M. Kaiser of the Glen Echo club of St. Louis won the individual record cup with a tolal of lliJ points. Mrs. J. P. Gardner of Flossmoor, Chicago, was" elected president.
