HEADQUARTERS CHOSEN. Utah Power Light and Utah Light & Traction Companies In New Horn. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Feb. 25. Announcement w as made here today that with the consolidation consolida-tion of the Ogden interests of the Utah Ught & Traction company and the Utah Power & Light company the entire business busi-ness will be transacted in new office quarters on the ground Moor of the Eavid Eccles building. The large room at the west of the main entrance, and having an entrance on the Twenty-fourth street side, lias been especially finished and de.-oraied for the use of the joint public service offices. The removal to the new location will not take place until after the formal consolidation con-solidation of the two existing of rices. This niy be within the next two weeks or the cOT-ing month, according to officers of the Utah Power 6c Light company. As sood as the Washington avenue buiMing" now occupied by the Utah Light 6z Railway company's offices is vacated va-cated the Federal Land & Mortgage company com-pany w-iil move to that location. The land company is now located on one of the upper floors of the Lccies building, but it desires larger quarters and the advantage ad-vantage of a place on the ground floor.
