The body of Miss Mitchell will be accompanied ac-companied to Riverside, Idaho, by her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Brigham Henry Mitchell, who were at the bedside of their daughter in the emergency hospital when she died. The body of Mr. Davies will be accompanied bv the young man's sister, Mrs. George Cranfleld of 3371 Seventh East street, on the journey to Gait, Sacramento county, Cal. As a part of the evidence against Gesas. the automobile driven by him at the t1me of the accident Is being held at police headcpiarters upon the order of tlie assistant county atorney. A postmortem post-mortem will be held upon the body of Davies today. Gesas. who has been released re-leased on $1000 bonds, had been twice warned about speeding before the accident, acci-dent, according to the police, one warning warn-ing having been accompanied by a fine of $lo in the police court. |
