Show Army Orders. WASHINGTON, Jan. 19. By direction of tho president Major John P. Ryan. Sixth cavalry, will report to Brigadier General A. L. Mills, president of the army retiring board at Washington. D. C, for examination by that board. First Lieutenant Howard C. Tatnm. Thirteenth cavalry, Is transferred at his own request to the Fifteenth cavalry and will he assigned to r troop by his regimental regi-mental commander. The name of First Lieutenant Frederick C. Test, Twenty-second infantry. Is placed on the list of detached officers and the name of First Lieutenant La-vergno La-vergno "L. Gregg Is removed therefrom. Captain Frank Pyle, Philippine scouts. Is relieved from further duty in this city and Is granted leavo until Juno 1. when he will proceed to the Philippines for duty. Bv direction, of the president Major General William H. Carter Is relieved from the command of the Second division to take effect February 1. and will then roturn to Chicago and assume command of the Central department. Fir3t Lieutenant H. S. Kllboume. Jr.. Fourth field artillery, hac been promoted to captain and assigned to the Fourth field artillery. Second Lloutcnant A. K. C. Palmer.
