John McGrath, a dairyman, today presented a petition to the city commissioner asking relief. McGrntli says ho Is convinced ihat Child: regards" him as a business competitor, com-petitor, and that for this reason Chllds has frequently reported that milk taken from McGrath's wagon was Impure and unfit for consumption. After the petition had been rend to the board this morning It was referred to the superintendent of public safety, who will make a report. |
