COMMANDANT WEBB ORGANIZES SCHOOL Commandant "William C. "Webb of ihe Salt Lake high school cadet battalion, will organize a school for freshmon who intend to try out for tho non-commissioned officers of the school battalion. He will hold the first meeting tomorrow. All meetings will bo hold during tho sixth period. All of the boys who take the course will bo given much work in the fundamental funda-mental principles of military tactics and other topics of the school. Three boys from each company who join this school will bo appointed corporals in their respective companies at the end of the jear or during tho spring. Jn tlie tug of war between oompanv C, under Captain Bentloy AYoollov. and company B, with Walter Gillespie as leader, company C won. Tho tug was too one sided to be interesting, as 0 showed much more strength. Woolley'g company is the smallest in tho bnttalion, and they npset tho "dope" by their good snowing. Another An-other tug was hold botween those two companies and B won. Captain Webb declared that the first battle was tho official one. D will meet B in the noar future for tho championship of tho cadet battalion.
