McKay, who failed to 1 describe tho property to bo searchod or name the alleged violators oC the liquor , The Olscns were virtually two-tinio , winners in today's legal lists, for Mrs. Olsen. who had also appealed her casti ' to tho district court, after being found guilty with her husband of disturbing the peace, changed her plea of "not. guilty1' to that, of "guilty" and thereby there-by saved .$30 in costs which must now be taxed to the county. His apponl case disposed of by dismissal dis-missal was not the only legal battle confronting Olson, however. This afternoon after-noon .ludgo Unwell took up his appeal from Justice T?. T. Hhees's decision by which Olson was found guilty of disturbing dis-turbing tho peace when, according to tho evidence, he interfered with tho officers of-ficers who were trying to arrest Hyrum Peterson also on October .'JO, JOjj.
