ORDER OF NOTIClC THEREON. District of Utah. On this 1st day of October, A. X. 1913, on reading tho foregoing petition It Is ordered by the court, that a hearing be had upon the same on the 17th day of October, A. D. 1913, before said court at Salt Lake City, In said district, at 10 o'clock In the forenoon; and that notice thereof bo published in Tho ftWt Lake Tribune, a newspaper printed In said district, dis-trict, and that all known creditors and other porsons in Interest may appear at tho said time and place ond show c&ueu, if any they have, why tho prayer of the said petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered by the court that the clerk shall send by mall to all known creditors copies of said petition and this ordor, addressed to them at their places of residence as stated Witness tho Honoraole John A.
