Four classes of certificated will be i i.5u(l, narnoly: (a) Superintendents, ti'o) high schools: fc) elementary nehools, (d) special branehen. The resolutions furthermore provided that tho first certificate cer-tificate Issued should cover a brief period and that thereafter if tho holder had demonstrated efficiency, a life certificate certifi-cate should be runted. Graduation from high school, acord-ing acord-ing to the resolutions, and at least sly months of professional training should be required for any certificate. Additional Addi-tional requirements for thu various branches wore also recommended, including in-cluding oollego training and practical experience, according to tho position to be filled by tho applicant |
