VETERAN IS DEAD, Ablel Abbott Fought In Black Hawk and Salmon River Warn. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Dec 2. Ablel Abbott, 77 years old. a veteran of two Indian wars, died at tho family homo, 461 Twenty-seventh -street, oarlv this morning, following an lllnoss of six months, iris death was the result of lung trouble. Born In New York state, July 10, 183R. Mr. Abbott emigrated to Utah In 1818, remaining a resident of this state up to the time of his death. ITo was Interested during his life In mining and farming, and was a vctoran of thc Black llawk and Salmon River Mission warp. Mr. Abbott Is survived by thc widow and four daughters Mrs. Charllla Blan-cctt, Blan-cctt, Ogden: Mrs. Ablguro Zundel. "Willard; "Wil-lard; Mrs. Lizzie 1 Squire.
