IT. DeVlnc, president of tho new company. Sub-contracts for thc manufacture of tho. razors will be awarded award-ed to cutlery firms In England. France, Germany and other European countries, patent rights having been secured In nearly all countries of tho world. No specific capitalization la included in tho articles of incorporation, 'but It In specified spe-cified that stock shall bo Issued In excess ex-cess of SI. 000,000.
