Accordingly, Ac-cordingly, a warrant was drawn todav in ravor of the firm of Richards & Bovd as n retainer fee for looking after the city's interest. The case Je now pending pend-ing In tho district court and iriav be called for trial at any time. Tho board has also confirmed the report of Commissioner Com-missioner J. C. Nye. who has arranged the expenditure of $2538.20 in purchasing purchas-ing property for the opening of Thirteenth street between Washington and Adams avenues.
