Show CONSUL RECEIVES WORD FROM MADERO LAREDO. Tex., Feb. 10. Mexican Consul Antonio Lozano of Laredo was In direct telegraphic communication with President Madero tonight. In order to sccuro first hand news regarding the situation sit-uation in Mexico, the consul crossed to Nuovdo Laredo, Mexico, and procured a direct wire connection with Madero's office of-fice in Mexico City. Consul Lozano propounded a series of questions to the Mexican executive to sot at rost disquieting rumors whirh had been in circulation, today. President Madero Ma-dero dictated his replies to the operator. He assured Consul Lozano that neither he nor Ills family had sought refugo in flight.
