Merrill, yeBterdny. aged 7S years. Tho deceased was an active member of the Tenth ward relief society and in all church affairs for forty yearn. She cam to Salt JmIiv In tho company of CapL John Brown In October. 1S3.T Mrs. Young was born at Belfast. Ireland. Ire-land. 011 October -'H. 1831. J-'or more than forty ycar she hnd been a resident of thc Tenth ward, having resided at 85G UiCit Third Houth street. She wuh married mar-ried to John Young In Decembnr, li"3. She led a very nctlvo life until a few months - ago. when hor health began to fall. Hhe was able to move about oven yeterday afternoon. Lying down to tako a nap. nhe went Into an eternal sleep.
