Show RULE CHANGED AS TO MEETING HOUR On motion of Smith of Kane, the house yesterday amended rule 40" which specifics the hour of adjournment. The hour specified in tho old rulo Tvns 10 o'clock in the forenoon when no other hour was designated by action, of the house. The time fixed 'by Air. Smith's amendment is 2 o'clock in tho after-uoou. after-uoou. The house, of course, niay appoint ap-point any hour it desires us its meeting meet-ing lime". Under tho now rulo, all sessions of the house,, unless otherwise other-wise ordered,, will begin at 2 o'clock.
