childrens day the entertainment given last evening at the methodist church by the children assisted by the choir could scarcely have been surpassed in any particular the songs recitations and music were all finely rendered the floral decorations were elegant and displayed excellent taste the entertainment was greatly appreciated by an intelligent audience which taxed to the utmost the seating capacity of the church indeed it was a source of regret that some could not be accommodated for lack of room
