GIVE UP ATTEMPT TO FLY TO CANADA IN BALLOON ST. LOUIS. April 11. "With only three sacks of ballast remaining out of forty-seven forty-seven they carried when they left San Antonio, Tex., last night, Lieutenant H. E. , Honeywell and J. W.
