Show Nearly One Million ' Surveyed This Year Report of Surveyor General of Utah Shows Department Has Been Busy. Till; - "REPORT of Thomas Hull, United States surveyor general for Utah, was published yesterday. yes-terday. This shows that k total to-tal number of 25,521,235.60 acres had been surveyed and approved in Utah up to December 31, 1011. During tho year of 1011 surveys have been approved ap-proved covering an area' of 011,157.14 acres and involving a mileage of 3226 miles, 36 chains and 60 links, moro than a fourth of this being in Wasatch Wa-satch county. There were seventy-one orders issued for mineral surveys during tho year and 160 locations aud thoro were seventy-four mineral surveys and 301 claims approved during tho year. - Text of Report.
