STRINGENT BILL AIMS AT WALKING DELEGATES Mr. Holrnan of Salt Lake Introduced a measure in tho bouse Friday known as house bill No. 2t". which is aimed at "walkinc delegates" of labor organizations. organiza-tions. The bill follows: Section 1. It shall bo unlawful for any person to exact by threat, coercion, or otherwise, any money, tribute or support whatsoever, from laboring men; or to induce in-duce them by threats, coercion, or otherwise, other-wise, to Join any labor organization. Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions In thla act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Provided, that any person who commonly practices, or who follows the occupation of exacting money, tribute or support from laboring men by means of threats, coercion, or otherwise, for any purpose whatsoever, shall be deemed a common vagabond and pun-ishcd pun-ishcd accordingly.
