Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 15th day of March. 1911. will be delinquent delin-quent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment is made before, will be sold on the 20th day of April, 1011, to pay the dclinnuenl assessment, assess-ment, together with the cost of advertising adver-tising and expense of snle.
