ONLY ONE ROBBERY IS REPORTED AT THE FAIR Only one ense of robbery was reported lo the police Friday, incidental to the state fair attraction. J. A. Micham, )7u .South Ma hi, street, was returning from the fair grounds late in the afternoon, accompanied by Ids wife and children, when some one picked ids pocket of his purse, containing about $12, In the crush and jam on the cars. Mr. Micham did not notice anyone particularly close to him. Tho police have, been unusually vigilant vigi-lant at the fair, on the street cars and down town this wcok. and tho result is Unit croolts have been vory wary about operating. There have been few eases of pocket picking reported nnd not. a single holdup that can be directly traced to regular crooks.
