Willie Hoppe of New York tonight won the 1S.1 balkllnc billiard championship of the world by defeating George Sutton of Chicago, the final score being: IIoppc, 500; Sutton, 228 Hoppe's average was 16 20-30 and Sutton's Sut-ton's 7 15-20.
