court was adjourned until 2 the jury this brought in a verdict of guilty of assault in the anna marks case no 1 THE grand jury came into court this afternoon and reported two territorial indictments they also recommended that alvin crocketts bondsmen be exonerated one rated and that clias B hancock be discharged from the custody of the sheriff |
