Show IE. E. Phillips Injured. Ti. E. Phillips, aged fifty years, who lives nt 271 West Seventh South, while attempting to jump from a rapidlv moving mov-ing Garfield train, was injured Wednesday Wednes-day evening at 6:05 o'clock, near Seventh Sev-enth South and Third West. The injured man was picked up and carried to a nearby bouse', where he remained unconscious for twenty-five minutes. His face was badly gouged, liis left eye cut and hip arms and legs badly bruised. A physician was called, 'who attended tho unconscious man. T'pon recovering consciousness, Mr. Phillips was in a dazed condition and could give no account of tho accident. |
