Mrs. Colony's complaint, filed May II. was tame, asking for a divorce on the 6implc grounds of desertion and non-support, but Coleby came back with an answer and counter claim May 20. that were somewhat spicv. Colebv said that from the time of their marrin-'C June 6. 1006. until November 10, 1907, more than a year later, ho was compelled com-pelled to get most of his meals. Mrs. Coleby sadly neglected her housework, he charged, for the sake of gadding about, and usually when he came home the house was locked up and vacant and cold. Besides failing to prenaro his meals for him, Coleby alleged Mrs Coleby noglcctcd to tidy her house up, and allowed it to become unclean to tho point of being unsanitary. Coleby denied that he deserted Mrs Coleby, but said that sho drove him from home about November 1G 1007 commanding him to go to his parents and not to return to her.
