March 20. F. W. C. Hath-enbruck Hath-enbruck is showing some copper ore specimens found in Slato canyon, just cast of Provo. Tlio oro was found in placo while developing some rock quar rics on property owned by Mr. llalhen-bruck. llalhen-bruck. Some vcr' fino specimens of float havo boon found in tho canyon for years, but this is tho first high-grade copper oro found in place in tho canyon. Sidney A. Pace has begun suit in the district court against John II. Pace et to set aside a deed to some Provo real estate, givon by Mrs. Epsy Pace to John H. Pace. The plaintiff alleces that the deed was obtained from Mrs. Pacc whilo she was in an incompetent condition, and that tho property belongs be-longs to plaintiff. Sidney A. and John U.
