Davis vt lleuscr, contractors on the North Temple- street aqueduct, failed to got. concrete work on the aqueduct started Monday, as intended, but will bogin today or Wednesday, at tho latest, lat-est, it was thought Monday night. Mayor Pransl'ord and City Fngineer Kelsoy visited tho work Monday and found the contractors hustling tho contract con-tract along with all possible- sjioed.
