Tho witnesses examined were Mrs. Nuttall and Mrs. Mnrv A. Taylor for iho plaintiff and Nuttall for himself. Mrs. Nuttall 's testimony was mostly an elaboration and amplification of the charges made in her complaint against Nuttall. while Mrs. Taylor's toslimony was mainly devoted to tho corroboration corrobora-tion of Mrs. Nuttall s testimony. In his testimony Nuttall merely bore out, with considerable elaboration the defense set up in his answer and the counter charges made against Mrs. Nuttall. Nut-tall. Mrs. Nuttall, who is a hair dresser at Walker's store, is only about 20 vears old. The coimlo was married at Farmington, Davis county's Gretna Green. Tho hearing Friday morning was mostly devoted to Mrs. Nut tail's petition for $50 a month temporary alimony. ali-mony. $150 attorney fees and the custody cus-tody of the child, a boy 3'j years old. which she says Nuttall stole from her, pending the tinal settlement of tho case.
