Dlclc. qeneial superintendent of tho same organization, had tendered their resignations In such rapacities. Mr. Saxman states that he needs a cood rest, which he will wind up by fieltllnfj In Salt Lake City as a mining engineer In his own behalf. It la understood that Mr. Dlclc has another offer of-fer which Is better than his present position. posi-tion. Mr. Saxman is well known and well lilted In Salt Lake, and there will be no regret locally among his frlnd3 when It Is learned that the separation from the Yampa does not mean that he will leai'c Utah. .During his management, the Yam-pa Yam-pa mine and smelter both have been brought to a high condition of efficiency. t!i smelter especially b?Ing remodeled and overhauled until It Is one of the success-, ful plants of its kind In the country.
