Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX. Notlco Is hereby given that a specJal tax for the purpose of extending the sewer has been levied and confirmed by ordinances of the City Council, approved December S.190S, and December 29, 1908, respectively. Said special tax Is levied upon the following fol-lowing described real property In Salt Lake City, to wit: Lots 7 to Irt, Inclusive, block 2; 7 to 24, Inclusive, block 1, Hampton's Hamp-ton's subdivision, block 18; 12. block IS; 21 and 22, bluck 3; 21. block I, Belmont subdivision, block 17; 1 to 10. Inclusive, block 2. North Windsor subdivision, block IS: I to IS. Inclusive, block 2, Windsor subdivision, block IS; 19 to 31!,- Inclusive. Miller & Miller subdivision, block IS, nil In Five-Acre, plat A, Big Field survey, abutting on tho south side of Ninth South street between Seventh East and Tenth East streets, on the cast sld'. of Seventh East street between Ninth South street and Belmont avenue, on both sides of Lake street between Ninth South street and Belmont avenue, on tho west, side of Eighth Fast street between Ninth South street and Belmont avenue, tho east side of Eighth East street between Belmont and Parley avenues, the west sidt? of Windsor street between Ninth South street and Parley avenue. Each of said installments shrill boar Interest In-terest at the rate of six (6) per cent per annum from the date, or the approval of tho ordinance confirming tho levy of said tax. to wit: the 29lh day of December. 190S, until the dale of delinquency, and eight (S) per cent per annum from date, of delinquency until paid.
