(.Jostavcson is seeking a divorce from David II. Gustavcson, on the ground of cruelty in the Third District Dis-trict court. Mrs. (Justaveson says that her husband earns about $100 a month and that he owns $1500 worth of real estate and stock in the Lubraoils Manufacturing Manu-facturing company of tho value of $13,-000. $13,-000. Having laid this foundation, Mrs. Gustavcson then alleges that her husband hus-band is possessed of a vicious and ungovernable un-governable temper and that he is unlit to have the care and custod3' of the children. She also charges that Gustavcson Gus-tavcson has been guilt3r of cruel and inhuman treatment toward her. This treatment, she sa3s, consisted in part of tho use of indecent, profane and opprobrious op-probrious language, threats to kill her and her mother, and shaking, choking, kicking, striking and otherwise assaulting assault-ing the plaintiff. On May 10, 190S. it is then alleged, Gustavcson assaulted and shook his wife and then picked her up and threw her down, breaking her glasses and spraining sprain-ing her neck and shoulder, at tho same time cursing her. Ton days later, it is alleged, Gustavcson seized his wife in a violent and vicious manner and threatened threat-ened to blow her brains out.
