Show BRIST0L-PI0CHE HOLDS ITS ANNUAL MEETING 1 A meeting of the stockholders of the Brlstol-PIoche Mining company was held Monday last. At tho meeting new officers offi-cers were elected to pilot the affairs of the company, being James Marshall, a well-known mining man of Salt Lake City, president; Louis Scherzlngor, our local hardware and furniture dealer, vice-president, vice-president, and M. C. Fltzpatrlck, cashier of tho Bank of Ploche, Inc., secretary and treasurer. It was also determined by tho stockholders stock-holders at this ipeetlng to place 25.000 shares of the treasury stock on tho market mar-ket at once. Assurance that tho stock 1 would be readily taken up was given, and it la thought that the company will , be In a position financially to commonce active operations within a short time. Thla company's valuable mining ground ; Is in the Bristol district, and during la6t summer some very promising discoveries were made. It has remained Idle for somo time, owing to changes in tlio management manage-ment and ownership, but, now that matters mat-ters havo been properly adjusted, should give a good account of itself Ploche Record. |
