Mr. and Mrs. Adderley, their son-in-la- daughter and granddaughter went through the new aeroplane, the B-1- 9, at March field. The huge plane has a wing spread of 212 feet, car-ries 125 people besides the crew of 10 and enough fuel for a 7000 mile trip. Soldiers at the field are very courteous and accom-modating, Mr. Adderley said. The Rev. William McCormick of Casper, Wyo., and the Rev. Harley Schrnitt of Denver, Colo., visited the Rev. D. E. Leahy four days last week, leaving here Aug-ust 8. Mr. and Mrs. Elmo A. Nelson left Saturday for a two-wee- k vacation, which they are spend-ing in Yellowstone and Glacier national parks and in Roosevelt, where their children are stay-ing, with relatives. The Highland Boy group of the Young Ladies Sodality will leave Tuesday morning for a day's out-ing at Camp Hunt on Bear lake. The Rev. D. E. Leahy will ac-company them. Mr. and Mrs, Ross Konold of Los Angeles visited friends in Bingham and Copperton August 9. They left the same day to visit Mr. Konold's mother in Elko, Nevada. Mrs. James Rawle of Morgan and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Rawle and children of Springville vis-ited a number of Mrs. Rawle's grandchildren and Mr. Rawle's niece3 and nephews, members of the George Carrigan family, at Copperton and Bingham Aug-ust 8. The Sewing club of Highland Boy will close Friday after eight week's classes. The girls made pillow covers, aprons and blouses. Mrs. Tony Azzelio and daugh-ter, Marie, returned Thursday after an absence of two weeks. They went to see their son and brother, Attilio Azzelio, and at-tend ceremonies at Woodbury's college, Los Angeles, where At-tilio was a member of the gradu-ating class-Mis- s Lenora Lee, teacher of the first and second grade classes at Highland Boy last year, was married August 1 in Ely, Nev., to Coy Thomas, an officer in the air corps. Mr. and Mrs. Lew Griffing of Topeka, Kansas, visited at the Highland Boy Community House.
