Tho choice of a new principal narrowed down to Professor Cross and Professor C. C. Wllburn of Kearney. Neb.- Both applicants submitted good recommendations recommenda-tions and credentials and for several days the board has had the applications under un-der advisement. At a spoclal session, held Wednesday, the board finally decided de-cided upon Professor Cross for the position. posi-tion. Tho board mot with the architects Wednesdny and went over with each tho plans submitted for tho new high school building. No choice of tho plans will be made, however, until nmplo time has been taken for a thorough Investigation Into the best style of architecture for local school needs.
