Show UTAH VOLUNTEERS GATHER AT BANQUET Former Members of Torrey's Rough Riders Make Merry at Festal Board. Troop I, Second United Stales Volunteer Volun-teer cavalry, the Utah organization in Torrey's Rough Kiderg, observed its tenth- anniversary at the Cullcn hotel Friday evening. The celebration was hurriedly arranged and for this reason not nil of the members of the troop received re-ceived notice and the attendance wns j small. During the evening a permanent, ganization was formed and all of the members of the troop were elected members. mem-bers. The officers elected wero: A. G. Mackenzie, president; .Joseph II.
