In a letter from Mr. Gillett, at Ceballos, Ce-ballos, Cuba, to King & Burton, of this city, attorneys for Mrs. Gillett, a copy of which letter is sent to the judges of the Third district court, Mr. Gillett vigorously protests against his wife's suit. Mr. Gillett is managor of the Development De-velopment Company of Cuba, and is there temporarily. Harper, directing him to move for a dismissal of tho action upon the ground that Mrs. Gillott is not a resident of Salt Lake and that tho court is without jurisdiction. Tn her complaint, Mr3. Gillett charges her husband with failure to support. The parties wero married September 2, 1S07.
