Show Both Mr. and Mrs. Winegar were highly enthusiastic in their praise of the well conducted con-ducted conference. Wed. is Parent Teachers Night Wednesday, Feb. 19, thr Cross of Christ Lutheran Church will meet at the Ron Tank residence, 2 E. 20 S., for the monthly Parent Teachers' evening. Sunday School teachers teach-ers and the parents of thc Sunday Sun-day School children will assemble as-semble to plan out the next month's "Desired Outcome" of each week's lesson. The purpose pur-pose of the evening is to make home-work for parents and children each week on the buses of the Sunday morning Bible lesson in order that the spiritural truth is applied to 'every day life. Pastor Mueller reports that 1 lie evening svill begin with a vesper worship service for the families assembled, since this is the first day of the Lenten I season. There are now 50 children enrolled in the Lutheran Sunday Sun-day School, and 11 teachers on the .staff: Mrs. V. C'awi, Mrs. Devere, Mrs. W. Hainey, Mrs. ' H. Blackburn, Mrs. C. Mueller Mrs. 11. Johnson, Mrs. J. Maxwell, Max-well, Mrs. U. lludsen, Mrs. H. Tank, IJ. Hudson and Hev. C. Mueller. The Sunday School meet each Sunday at the Bountiful Boun-tiful Elciut'iitary School, at 1(501) S. mid 35 K., at 9:45 a.m. |
