Show II PIONER Ig CALLED. Stephen Mott of American Fork Goes to His Reward. Special to Tho Tribune. AMERICAN FORK. Aug. 5. Stephen Mott died hero yesterday o'f old age. Mr. Mott, was In his S7th year and was one of the '47 pIoncorB, being ono of the first thai settled In American Fork, where ho has since been one of the mainstays main-stays of tho town. Ho leaves three wives, none of whom have borne him any children. Al the last meeting of the , Old Folkn' association held at this place he received a prlzo for being the oldest man In the society. Thomas Webb of Lehl has been fined , for trespass, In grazing sheep on the ,, Uintah reservation. He received a per- rait from the Government to graze 5000 head on section 17. but confined to "Willow "Wil-low creek nnd Its tributaries. On July 1 i 15 the herd was found on the head of Strawberry, outside of tho prescribed j limits, by Assistant Forester George A. "J Fisher, who suggested that a $150 fine bo Imposed, whjeh was paid by Mr. Webb.
